Shipping Policy

1. Coverage Area

NYsub Peptides ships exclusively within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, PO Boxes, or internationally at this time.

International availability for qualified research institutions is under evaluation. Contact support@nysubpeptides.com to be notified when international ordering becomes available.

2. Processing Time

Orders confirmed by 2:00 PM EST on a business day (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) are processed and dispatched the same business day. Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM EST, or on a weekend or federal holiday, are processed and dispatched the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery (FedEx Ground) is 6–9 business days from the date of dispatch. Expedited FedEx 2Day and UPS Next Day Air options are available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carrier, weather, or circumstances outside our control do not constitute grounds for refund or cancellation.

4. Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no indication of the contents or sender identity on the exterior. Inner packaging is temperature-appropriate and tamper-evident. Lyophilized compounds are packaged to maintain stability during standard transit conditions.

Cold-chain packaging is included at no additional cost for all orders.

5. All Sales Final

Due to the nature of research compounds and the integrity requirements of biological materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests once an order has been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@nysubpeptides.com within seven (7) days of delivery with photographic documentation. We will evaluate claims on a case-by-case basis.

6. Payment Processing Notice

NYsub Peptides operates in the high-risk merchant category. Charges on your bank or credit card statement may appear under a processor name rather than “NYsub Peptides.” This is standard for our industry. If you have questions about a charge, contact support@nysubpeptides.com before initiating a dispute.

For orders paid via Zelle or cryptocurrency: Payment verification within 24 business hours, up to 48. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your payment is approved.
