Final Sale & Refund Policy

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of the research materials offered by NYsub Peptides, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded except as expressly set out below.

No Returns

We do not accept returns of any product. Research materials cannot be restocked or resold once they have left our facility, and no return shipments will be received or credited.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please review your order carefully, including all product details, before completing your purchase.

Research Use Only

For research use only. Not for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease.

Exceptions

Limited exceptions to the final-sale policy may apply where an error attributable to the Company has occurred, such as an incorrect item being shipped, or where a refund or remedy is required under applicable law. Approved remedies are provided at the Company’s discretion within the bounds of applicable law.

Damaged Package Process

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please retain all packaging and contents and contact our support team through the Contact page. Provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged package so that we can review and address the matter.

Time Limit to Report

Any claim relating to a damaged package or a Company error must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Chargeback Notice

Please contact our support team to resolve any order concern before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a dispute without first contacting us may delay resolution. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, where NYsub Peptides is operated by Vital Pathways LLC.
