1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and placing an order with NYsub Peptides, a brand of Vital Pathways LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site or place an order.

NYsub Peptides reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the website. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

CRITICAL TERM

2. Research Use Only — Purchaser Representation

ALL compounds sold by NYsub Peptides are intended exclusively for Research Use Only (RUO) in laboratory and in vitro settings. By completing a purchase, you expressly represent and warrant that:

  1. You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional purchasing compounds for legitimate scientific research purposes;
  2. The compounds will be used exclusively for in vitro or laboratory research and will NOT be used for human consumption, animal therapeutic use, clinical trials, diagnostic procedures, food processing, cosmetic use, or any other purpose not constituting legitimate scientific research;
  3. You are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to purchase research compounds in your jurisdiction;
  4. You understand that these products are NOT approved by the FDA for human or animal use and have not undergone clinical evaluation;
  5. You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the possession, storage, and use of research compounds;
  6. You will not resell, redistribute, or transfer these compounds to any person who has not agreed to Research Use Only terms.

Violation of this representation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may subject you to legal liability. NYsub Peptides expressly disclaims all responsibility for misuse of products sold in accordance with these Terms.

3. Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Products & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders where we suspect misrepresentation of intended use.

Product descriptions, purity specifications, and Certificates of Analysis are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute warranties of any kind regarding fitness for any particular research purpose.

5. Payment

Payment is processed by a third-party high-risk payment processor. Your bank or card statement may reflect the processor’s name rather than “NYsub Peptides.” This is normal for our industry. NYsub Peptides does not store credit card information.

Fraudulent chargebacks or unwarranted disputes are a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and legal action.

For orders paid via Zelle or cryptocurrency: Payment verification within 24 business hours, up to 48. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your payment is approved.

6. All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been shipped. Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery with photographic documentation.

7. Certificates of Analysis

Certificates of Analysis are third-party laboratory documents provided for informational purposes. They confirm purity and identity at the time of testing for the specific batch indicated. COAs do not constitute warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular research application, and results may vary by use conditions and handling.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NYSUB PEPTIDES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NYsub Peptides, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misrepresentation of intended use, or your misuse of any product purchased from us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Florida.
