Influencer Program Terms

1. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age;
  • Own and operate an active website, blog, or social media presence;
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC endorsement guidelines.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application, at our sole discretion.

2. Research Use Only — Mandatory Compliance

All products sold by NYsub Peptides are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only (RUO). They are not for human or veterinary use of any kind. As an influencer, you must not, in any post, video, caption, comment, message, or other communication:

  • Claim, imply, or depict human consumption, injection, or application of any product;
  • Make any therapeutic, medical, cosmetic, weight-loss, performance, or anti-aging claim;
  • Share dosage guidance, "protocols," "results," or before/after imagery related to product use;
  • Describe the products as supplements, medications, or treatments.

Any violation of this section results in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions. This is the most important rule of the Program and it is enforced without exception.

3. Commission

  • You earn a 15% commission on each qualifying sale attributed to you.
  • Commission is calculated on the product subtotal actually paid by the customer — after any discounts, and excluding shipping, taxes, and refunded amounts.
  • Commissions are created when an order is placed and become approved only after the order is completed. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or fail are voided and do not generate commission.

4. Referral Tracking & Attribution

  • You receive a personal referral link and a personal coupon code giving your audience 10% off.
  • Referral links are tracked via cookies with a 30-day duration (last click wins).
  • If a customer uses your coupon code at checkout, the sale is attributed to you regardless of cookie state — the coupon always takes precedence over link tracking.
  • Sales must be attributable through your link or coupon to qualify. We are not responsible for commissions lost due to disabled cookies or technical circumstances outside our control.

5. Payout

  • Commission balances close on the 1st of each month and are paid by the 10th, via Zelle or PayPal (as configured in your influencer profile).
  • The minimum payout threshold is $50. Balances below $50 roll over to the following month.
  • You are responsible for any taxes on amounts paid to you.

6. Prohibited Practices

You may not:

  • Purchase through your own link or coupon, or arrange purchases by household members or associates for the purpose of generating commission ("self-dealing"). Such commissions are voided and the account may be terminated;
  • Use spam or unsolicited messaging to promote your link or coupon;
  • Mislead users with false claims, fake discounts, or inaccurate pricing;
  • Run PPC/paid search ads targeting branded keywords (e.g., "NYsub Peptides") or use the brand name in ad display URLs;
  • Promote on websites containing adult, illegal, or infringing content;
  • Impersonate NYsub Peptides or represent yourself as an employee or official representative;
  • Publish, share, or resell your coupon code on coupon/deal aggregator sites.

7. Disclosure & Brand Guidelines

You must:

  • Clearly disclose your material connection to NYsub Peptides in every post or promotion containing your link or coupon, using #ad, #sponsored, or an equivalent conspicuous disclosure, per FTC guidelines;
  • Use only marketing materials provided or approved by NYsub Peptides;
  • Respect our intellectual property and trademarks and the RUO framing of all product references.

8. Term & Termination

  • We may terminate your participation for breach of this Agreement, fraudulent or abusive behavior, or account inactivity exceeding 90 days.
  • Termination for violation of Sections 2 or 6 results in forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
  • Upon termination without cause, approved commissions above the payout threshold will be paid in the normal monthly cycle.
  • You may leave the Program at any time by written notice.

9. Modification of Terms

NYsub Peptides may update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

NYsub Peptides is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with the Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Independent Contractor

Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. You are an independent contractor responsible for your own expenses and taxes.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
